DNA甲基化作为表观遗传修饰的重要方式,可以在不改变DNA序列的情况下调控基因的表达。在结直肠癌的发生发展过程中,DNA异常甲基化发挥着重要作用,而且该异常现象在早期肠癌患者的外周血、粪便等体液中就可检测到。因此,DNA甲基化检测有望成为结直肠癌无创早期诊断的有效手段,对临床肿瘤的防治有着重要意义。 |

DNA methylation is a key epigenetic process involved in the control of gene expression. Various studies have indicated that aberrant DNA methylation is an early and frequent event in colorectal cancer development, which can be detected in peripheral blood or stool in early stage disease. The detection of DNA methylation may become a promising approach for non-invasive screening and early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. |
