改良碘凝胶泪道造影剂的研制

摘要:
目的 研制一种用于阻塞性泪道疾病的改良泪道造影剂。方法 使用碘帕醇注射液(碘浓度37g/100mL,粘度25mPa·s)与氧氟沙星眼用凝胶(黏度为8400mPa·s)按照1∶1比例混合,共计80mL混合碘剂(混合物粘度为550mPa·s),在生物安全柜中恒温脱水,至体积约为40mL碘凝胶。结果 配制的碘凝胶黏度为350mPa·s,碘浓度为37g/100mL。以长针后退注射法将碘凝胶注射入患者泪道,320排螺旋CT扫描泪道,能获得清晰的泪道断面图,辅以CT三维成像技术可建立泪道三维图,能进一步了解泪道解剖情况以及阻塞部位与程度。结论 改良碘凝胶泪道造影剂泪道充盈良好,维持时间充分,CT成像效果好。

Development of modified iodine gel lacrimal contrast agent

Abstract:
Objective To develop a new modified lacrimal contrast agent for obstructive lacrimal disease. Methods Iopamidol injection (iodine concentration 37g/100mL, viscosity 25mPa·s) and ofloxacin ophthalmic gel (viscosity 8400mPa·s) were mixed in a 1∶1 ratio into a total of 80mL iodine gel (mixture viscosity 550mPa·s). Then the iodine gel was dehydrated with constant temperature in biosafety cabinet to a volume of about 40mL. Results The iodine gel with the viscosity of 350mPa·s and iodine concentration of 37g/100mL was injected into the lacrimal passage of the patient. Then the lacrimal passage was scanned with 320-row spiral CT. The clear lacrimal duct profile was obtained, and the three-dimensional imaging of the lacrimal passage was constructed by CT 3-D imaging technique. Conclusion The modified iodine gel lacrimal contrast agent prepared in this study has good lacrimal filling, sufficient maintenance time and good CT imaging effect.
