磁共振弥散峰度成像技术(diffusion kurtosis imaging, DKI)是基于弥散加权成像(diffusion weight imaging, DWI)技术及弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging, DTI)技术发展而来的一种新技术,可定量描述细胞内外水分子非高斯扩散特点,较DWI、DTI技术能够提供更丰富、真实、准确的组织微观结构信息。近年来,DKI逐渐应用于各系统疾病研究,尤其在阿尔兹海默病研究中取得了初步成果,展现出良好的临床应用价值。本文就DKI成像原理、优势及其在阿尔兹海默病及轻度认知障碍中的应用进展予以综述。 |

Research progresses of diffusion kurtosis imaging in Alzheimer’s disease |

Abstract: |
Magnetic resonance diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) is a new technique developed on the basis of diffusion weight imaging (DWI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). It can quantitatively present the non-Gauss diffusion characteristics of intracellular and extracellular water molecules and provide richer and more accurate micro-structure information than DWI and DTI. In recent years, DKI has been gradually applied to clinical researches of various diseases, particularly of Alzheimer’s disease, showing promising clinical application value. This article reviews the progress of the imaging principles and advantages of DKI, as well as its application in Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and mild cognitive impairment (MCI). |
