单肺通气时容易发生低氧血症,不利于患者的预后。近年来,大量的研究发现右美托咪定通过作用缺氧性肺血管收缩、氧耗、心输出量和炎症等因素影响单肺通气中的氧合。本文就单肺通气时右美托咪定对氧合功能的影响进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
One-lung ventilation (OLV) can predispose to hypoxemia, which severely affects the prognosis of patients. There is increasing evidence supporting that the effect of dexmedetomidine on oxygenation during OLV by influencing hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV), oxygen consumption, cardiac output and inflammation. This review focuses on the effect of dexmedetomidine on oxygenation during OLV. |
