目的 探讨红景天苷(SDS)对不同运动状态下小鼠糖、脂肪及蛋白质代谢的影响。方法 根据体质量,把32只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为4组: 运动组、对照组、SDS+运动组及SDS组。SDS组及SDS+运动组灌胃180mg/(kg·d)的SDS,对照组及运动组灌胃同体积[0.02mL/(g·d)]的蒸馏水,连续灌胃15d。运动组及SDS+运动组在末次灌胃30min后进行无负重游泳120min,之后处死取材。检测肌糖原、肝糖原、血糖、血浆游离脂肪酸、总胆固醇、血三酰甘油、球蛋白、白蛋白、血浆总蛋白及血浆氨基酸谱。 结果SDS能增加运动后小鼠肝、肌糖原储备(P<0.01),从而延缓糖原的耗竭,维持血糖稳定;降低小鼠的血脂、血游离脂肪酸(P<0.05),促进脂肪利用;降低色氨酸/支链氨基酸值(P<0.01),降低运动组小鼠的血浆色氨酸和总氨基酸浓度(P<0.01),影响氨基酸的代谢。结论 SDS对不同运动状态下小鼠的糖、脂肪及氨基酸代谢有显著影响。 |

Objective To investigate the effects of salidroside (SDS)on glucose, fat and protein metabolism in mice under different motion status. Methods Thirty-two male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: training group, control group, SDS+training group and SDS group. The mice in the SDS group and SDS+training group were given 180mg/(kg·d) SDS and the mice in control group and training group were given distilled water for 15 days. After the last administration, the mice in the training group and SDS+ training group were forced to swim for 120 min without load. Finally all the mice were sacrificed. The muscle glycogen, liver glycogen, blood glucose, free fatty acid (FFA), plasma contents of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), globulin (Glob), albumin(ALB), total protein (TP) and free amino acids were measured in all groups. Results Salidroside increased the liver, muscle glycogen reserves (P<0.01), delayed the decline of glycogen, maintained the blood sugar.It reduced the blood lipid, FFA (P<0.05), promoted the use of fat.It decreased the ratio of Trp/BCAA(P<0.01),the plasma concentrations of tryptophan and total amino acidin training group(P<0.01), affecting the metabolism of albuminolysis. Conclusion Salidroside has a significant effect on glucose,fat and amino acid metabolism in mice with different motion states. |
