| 在精准医学时代下，胆石病诊治作为医疗保健的生物医学新策略，应整合传统医疗诊治模式，为每位胆石病患者提供量体裁衣般的预防、筛查、诊断、治疗和康复计划，以最小资源投入获取最大的胆石病诊治效益和健康保障。随着外科理念的更新和手术技术的发展，胆囊手术的发展趋势逐渐朝着微创化、功能化的方向迅猛发展，也为胆囊个体化、人性化、艺术化手术方案提供了可能。 |

| In the era of precision medicine, cholelithiasis should be managed under a new biomedical healthcare strategy integrated with traditional therapeutic mode. Moreover, a tailored prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation plan should be applied for individual patient. Patients will get the maximal health benefic with the minimal resource input, and the prevention and management of cholelithiasis will be improved. With the renewal of the surgical concept and the development of surgical technique, the trend of gallbladder surgery has been towards to minimally invasive and functionally oriented procedures, which provide a possibility of individualized, humanized and artistical surgical approaches. |
