| 结节病是一种以非干酪性上皮样肉芽肿为病理表现、全身多系统受累的疾病，以肺脏和胸内淋巴结受累最为常见。目前糖皮质激素仍是结节病的首选治疗药物。但长期使用激素可带来诸多的不良反应，急需研发新的治疗药物和方法。本文就结节病药物治疗方面的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective Sarcoidosis is a multisystem inflammatory disorder characterized by noncaseating granulomas that commonly affects the lungs, intrathoracic lymph nodes, eyes and skin. Corticosteroid is the major treatment for most patients with sarcoidosis. But there are many side effects in long-term therapy with corticosteroid, new medicine and new methods are needed for treatment of sarcoidosis. Here we review the progress of the medication for sarcoidosis. |
