| 目的 探讨糖尿病合并脂肪肝的影响因素。方法 收集2013年至2014年同济大学附属同济医院内分泌科的274例住院糖尿病患者,根据B超检查结果分为糖尿病合并脂肪肝组和糖尿病无脂肪肝组,分别调查患者性别、年龄、病程、文化程度、饮茶、饮咖啡、吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼情况,测量身高、体质量、腰围、臀围,计算体质量指数(body mass index, BMI)、腰臀比(waist hip rate, WHR)及腰高比(waist-to-height ratio, WHtR),对两组对象调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 两组患者体质量、腰围、BMI、WHtR、WHR差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),性别、年龄、文化程度、身高、臀围、病程差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。Logisitic分析两组饮酒差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),饮茶、饮咖啡、吸烟、体育锻炼差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 饮酒是糖尿病患者发生脂肪肝的危险因素。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the risk factors of fatty liver in diabetic patients. MethodsTwo hundred and seventy four patients with diabetes admitted in Tongji Hospital from 2013 to 2014 were enrolled. According to the result of ultrasound examination patients were divided into diabetic fatty liver disease group and diabetes without fatty liver group. The gender, age, course of the disease, tea and coffee drinking, smoking, alcohol drinking, exercise, height, weight, waist and hip circumference were recorded, and body mass index(BMI), waist-to-hip ratio, waist-to-height ratio were calculated. Results The results showed that there were significant differences in body mass, waist circumference, BMI, waist-to-height ratio, waist-hip rate between two groups(P＜0.05). Logisitic analysis revealed that alcohol drinking was an independent risk factor for fatty liver(P<0.05). Conclusion Alcohol drinking is a risk factor for fatty liver in patients with diabetes. |
