脑梗死是中枢神经系统中致死和致残的最重要的血管事件,发病早期进行溶栓治疗是目前公认的减少急性脑梗死不良预后的治疗手段,但溶栓后出血转化却是致命性的。因此,如何降低溶栓后出血转化的风险是脑血管疾病中亟待解决的问题。血栓弹力图技术是一种利用图像动态描记血液凝固和溶解全过程的技术。借助血栓弹力图,可以动态记录溶栓全程的凝血情况,以评估出血风险,尽可能减少溶栓的不良预后。 |

Thrombelastography in monitoring of bleeding after thrombolysis |

Abstract: |
Cerebral infarction is the most common vascular events of the central nervous system leading to death and disability. Thrombolysis is currently considered as an effective therapy to improve the prognosis after the onset of acute cerebral infarction; however, the transformation of bleeding after thrombolysis is fatal. Therefore, how to reduce the risk of bleeding after thrombolysis should be solved in cerebrovascular diseases. Thrombelastograph is a technique that dynamically records the uhole process of blood coagulation and dissolve. With this technique, we can assess the risk of bleeding during thrombolysis therapy and improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. |
