| 目的 比较治疗腕管综合征的3种手术方法的临床疗效。方法 将66例保守治疗无效的腕管综合征患者,随机分3组,分别行传统切开手术、内镜手术和小切口Swiss推刀手术。结果 术后随访3～6个月,平均4.5个月。术后3个月,3组患者的神经功能恢复差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。传统切开手术组的手术及住院时间、术后瘢痕痛的发生率高于内镜手术组和小切口Swiss推刀手术组(P＜0.05)。结论 小切口Swiss推刀手术方式简便,损伤小,且可直视下松解正中神经及其返支,避免损伤神经及周围组织,疗效满意。 |

| Objective To compare the clinical efficacy for treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome by 3 surgical procedures. Methods Sixty six patients with failed conservative treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome were randomly assigned to receive the traditional surgery, endoscopic surgery or small incision surgery by Swiss push-type broach with 22 cases in each group. Results All the patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months, with an average of 4.5 months. No significant difference of neurological function recovery was found between 3 groups(P＞0.05). The operation and hospitalization time of the traditional operation group were significantly longer than that of other 2 groups, and the incidence of postoperative scar pain was significantly higher than the other 2 groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared to traditional surgical procedure and endoscopic surgery, Swiss push-type broach has the advantages of two kinds of surgery, and also has the advantage of simpler method, less scar and tissue damage, so it is more effective and satisfactory. |
