| 目的 研究2型糖尿病肾病患者生命质量现状及其影响因素。方法 采用世界卫生组织生命质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)回顾性调查50例糖尿病肾病及59例单纯糖尿病患者的生存质量及焦虑情况,然后采用单因素分析、Spearman相关分析及Logistic回归逐步分析各因素对糖尿病肾病患者生存质量的影响。结果 单因素分析发现影响各维度得分及生存质量总分的因素有: 糖尿病病程、疾病分组、焦虑评分、胰岛素不良反应频率。多因素logistics回归分析发现糖尿病肾病患者生存质量的独立危险因素为糖尿病病程和吸烟量。结论 糖尿病肾病患者的生存质量受多种因素影响,尤其是糖尿病病程和吸烟量。应当及早发现并且采取针对性措施,注重临床治疗的同时提高患者的综合管理能力,延缓疾病进展,提高患者生存质量。 |

| Objective To assess the quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods The quality of life and anxiety status were evaluated with WHOQOL-BREF and Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) in 50 DN patients and 59 diabetic patients. The correlation of quality of life with various factors was evaluated with univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression. Results The univariate analyses revealed that factors affecting the quality of life were duration of diabetes, disease severity, degree of anxiety and insulin side effects. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that duration diabetes and smoking were the independent risk factors for quality of life of type 2 DN patients. Conclusion Disease duration of diabetes and smoking are affecting quality of life in type 2 DN patients. |
