近年来,sigma-1受体在神经系统退行性疾病中已越来越受到关注,人们发现其具有介导细胞分化,神经元保护,促神经再生和延缓记忆减退等作用。本文基于一系列人类疾病动物模型及临床前研究,分析了sigma-1受体的特点及生物学效应,介绍了其在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD)发生发展过程中的作用及治疗方面的现状。Aβ对σ-1受体表达调节这一新视点,将成为研究AD发病机制的新方向。 |

Progress of relationship between sigma-1 receptor and Alzheimer' disease |

Abstract: |
The role of sigma-1(σ-1) receptor in neurodegenerative disease has been drawn more and more attentions recently, it has been found that σ-1 receptor involves in cellular differentiation, neuroprotection, neuroplasticity and anti-amnesia of the brain. Based on animal models and preclinical studies of human diseases, this article describes the biological effects and treatment prospects of σ-1 receptor, and related cellular mechanisms of σ-1 receptor in pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease, particularly the mechanisms of Aβ in σ-1 receptors expression, which would be a new direction for AD pathogenesis. |
