| 目的 通过对2006至2012年间同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院在中国科技论文统计源期刊和SCI期刊上论文发表情况的调查,分析影响论文产出的各种原因,为医院管理领导层提供分析7年中论文发表的调查报告。方法应用文献计量和卫生统计学方法对该院7年间以第一作者在中国科技统计源论文及SCI上发表的论文以年份、发表论文人员职称、学历以及学科等分别进行统计分析。结果 7年中,医院共发表统计源论文和SCI论文518篇,每100名卫技人员每年论文发表数从2006年的5.88篇增加到2012年的18.6篇。2008年SCI发表论文在零的突破后,发表数量逐年增长,至2012年已发表SCI论文54篇。医院的各级临床医师是论文发表的主体,64.8%的论文由临床一线医师完成,57.4%和40.8%的SCI论文由博士和硕士研究生发表。结论2006—2012年论文发表数呈增长趋势。建议医院管理层加大医院科研经费的投入,搭建一流的学术平台,增加激励机制,提高理论研究水平,优化科研绩效评价体系。 |

| Objective To review the publication of medical papers in Shanghai First Maternal and Infant Hospital from 2006 to 2012. Methods The publication of medical papers during the period of 2006 to 2012 was quantitatively analyzed in terms of annual changes, distribution of journals, authors and departments of publication. Results Total 518 papers were published from 2006 to 2012. The average number of papers published per 100 medical staff increased from 5.88 in 2006 to 18.6 in 2012. There were 54 papers published in SCI journals since 2008 when the first SCI paper was published. Among all papers 64.8% were published by clinicians and 57.4% and 40.8% papers published in SCI journals were published by those with doctor degree and master degree, respectively. Conclusion The quantity and quality of paper publication in Shanghai First Maternal and Infant Hospital was improved during 2006-2012. |
