Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Less Invasive Stabilization Systems-LISS in treatment of distal femoral fracture. MethodsIn August 2011 to September 2014, LISS group 29 cases take minimally invasive incision reduction, placed LISS bone plate; Take 20 cases using distal femur anatomic plate internal fixation treatment of patients as control group, the operation time, incision length, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, postoperative complications for comparative analysis. Results After 5~21 months follow-up (mean 13 months), the fractures were healed. According to Schatzker - Lambert score, LISS group was 86.2%, 65% higher than that of anatomic plate in the control group. Conclusion LISS in treating distal femoral fractures with a small incision, less soft tissue slice and the periosteum stripping, elastic fracture fixation, also can strong fixation, in patients with osteoporosis can be knee early functional exercise, avoid the knee joint contracture, steel impact on the periosteum is small, less disruptive to blood supply, infection rate is low, high healing rate, fewer complications, at the same time, the operation is simple, convenient, good treatment effect.
