重症急性胰腺炎对肠黏膜屏障功能损伤的研究进展

摘要:

在重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis, SAP)中常见肠屏障功能障碍(intestinal barrier functional disturbance, IBFD)的发生。肠屏障功能障碍可引发细菌及内毒素移位,导致肠源性感染的发生,诱发多器官功能障碍。本文就SAP时肠黏膜屏障的损伤研究作一综述。

Research progress on intestinal barrier functional disturbance induced by severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract:

Intestinal barrier functional disturbance, which is very common in the progress of severe acute pancreatitis, can induce the translocation of gut bacteria and endotoxin, and thus result in enterogenous infection and even lead to multi-organ functional disturbance. This article reviews the mechanism of intestinal barrier functional disturbance induced by severe acute pancreatitis.
