| 糖尿病发病率逐年上升,伴有糖尿病神经病变的手术患者也增加。蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉作为局部麻醉的一种常规麻醉方法,也存在神经损伤风险,如局麻药神经毒性,麻醉穿刺损伤等。与非糖尿病患者相比,糖尿病患者的局麻神经损伤风险可能会增加。本文对糖尿病患者进行蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉的相研究进展进行综述,为临床糖尿病患者实施蛛网膜下腔麻醉提供参考。 |

| With the rising prevalence of diabetes, the number of patients with diabetic neuropathy who need surgical treatment are also increasing. As a conventional anesthetic modality, spinal canal anesthesia is generally safe and convenient, but it may cause potential nerve damage, including neurotoxic effect of local anesthetics and anesthetic puncture damage, which may be aggravated in diabetic patients. In this article we review the current progress on relevant issues of subarachnoid block anesthesia for patients with diabetic neuropathy. |
