MCP-1、HGF、TGF-β1在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

摘要:
目的 观察单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, MCP-1)、肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor, HGF)、转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor -β1, TGF-β1)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis, EMs)中的表达及意义。方法 选择2012年1月至2013年12月EMs患者68例为EMs组,按照美国生育协会修正评分(r-AFS)进行分期: Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期31例,Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期37例;按照痛经评分分为: 0~1分42例,2~3分26例。选择同期确诊的良性肿瘤患者30例为疾病对照组,健康妇女20例为健康对照组。观察各组MCP-1、HGF、TGF-β1水平的变化及EMs分期、痛经评分与MCP-1、HGF和TGF-β1水平的关系。结果 EMs组的MCP-1、HGF和TGF-β1水平明显高于健康对照组和疾病对照组(P<0.01),而健康对照组与疾病对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着EMs分期和痛经评分的升高,MCP-1水平明显降低(P<0.05),而HGF和TGF-β1水平明显升高(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论 MCP-1、HGF、TGF-β1可能参与了EMs的发生发展过程,检测其水平有利于了解EMs的分期和痛经的严重程度。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate serum levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1), hepatocyte growth factor(HGF), transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) in patients with endometriosis(EMs) and their significance. MethodsSixty eight patients with EMs admitted in the hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were enrolled in the study. According to the American Fertility Society revised score(r-AFS) 31 cases were classified as stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and 37 as stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ; and according to dysmenorrhea score 42 cases had score 0-1 and 26 had score 2-3. Thirty patients with benign tumor served as disease control group and 20 healthy women as healthy control group. Serum levels of MCP-1, HGF and TGF-β1 were measured with ELISA method. The correlation of MCP-1, HGF and TGF-β1 levels with EMs stage and dysmenorrhea score was analyzed. ResultsSerum levels of MCP-1, HGF and TGF-β1 in EMs group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group and disease control group(P<0.01), while there were no significant differences between healthy control group and disease control group(P>0.05). As the EMs stage and dysmenorrhea score elevated, the levels of MCP-1 decreased significantly(P<0.05), while the levels of HGF and TGF-β1 levels significantly increased(P<0.01). ConclusionSerum MCP-1, HGF and TGF-β1 levels are associated with the disease stage and severity of dysmenorrhea in patients with endometriosis.
