| 目的探讨23G经结膜无缝合玻璃体切除系统（23G TVS）在糖尿病性玻璃体积血中的应用,评估其疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析通过23G TVS行玻璃体切除治疗糖尿病性玻璃体积血90例（98眼）,术后随访3-12个月。观察最佳矫正视力、眼压及并发症等。结果所有病例均顺利完成手术,术后最佳矫正视力均有提高,与术前比较差异有统计学意义。术后眼压正常,无严重并发症发生。结论对于糖尿病性玻璃体积血,23G TVS是一种安全有效的微创手术方法。 |

| Objective To assess the application of 23-gauge transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy（23G TVS） system in treatment of diabetic vitreous hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data of 90patients（98 eyes） with diabetic vitreous hemorrhage undergoing 23 G TVS were retrospectively reviewed.The patients were followed-up for 3-12 months and the best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure and complications of patients were analyzed.Results All operations were successfully completed and the best corrected visual acuity was improved in all cases.The mean postoperative intraocular pressure was normal.No serious complications were observed.Conclusion23 G TVS is an effective and safe surgical technique in the management of diabetic vitreous hemorrhage. |
