多层螺旋CT对气管支气管树腺样囊性癌的诊断价值

摘要:
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)在气管支气管树腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)中的诊断价值。方法收集35例经病理明确诊断的气管支气管ACC患者,其中男性19例,女性16例,年龄24~63岁,平均年龄48.9岁。回顾性分析所有患者的M SCT表现。结果发生在气管的ACC 18例,发生在支气管的17例,分为腔内外结节型、管壁浸润型、单纯腔内结节型、周围结节型。结论 MSCT有助于早期发现、诊断原发性气管支气管树ACC。

Abstract:
Objective To reviewthe multi-slice spiral CT( MSCT) findings of tracheobronchial adenoid cystic carcinoma( ACC). Methods Thirty five patients with pathologically diagnosed tracheobrochial ACC including19 males and 16 females with an average age of 48. 9( 24-63)underwent M SCTexamination. The M SCTimages were retrospectively reviewed. Results The ACC lesions were located in the trachea in 18 cases and in the bronchi in 17 cases,The lesions presented as 4 types: transluminal nodular type, infiltration type, simple intraluminal type and peripheral nodular type. Conclusion MSCTmay be helpful in accurate diagnosis of primary tracheobronchial ACC.
