养阴清热法治疗阴虚火旺型复发性口腔溃疡60例

摘要:

目的观察养阴清热中药对阴虚火旺型复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法120例阴虚火旺型复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为治疗组（60例）和对照组(60例），分别给予中药+复合维生素B和单纯复合维生素B治疗，疗程为6个月。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为50. 00%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05)。结论养阴清热中药治疗阴虚火旺型复发性口腔溃疡有较满意的疗效。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nourishing yin and clearing heat method in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with recurrent oral ulcer of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type were randomly assigned to receive nourishing yin and clearing heat TCM therapy (test group, n=60) or compound vitamin B (control group, n=60) for6 months. Results The overall effective rates in test and control groups were 83. 3% and 50. 0% , respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion The TCM nourishing yin and clearing heat method is effective for recurrent aphthous ulcer of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type.
