| 目的 观察和探索血清糖类抗原19-9(CA199)与卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的相关性。方法 选择2011年1月至2012年10月我院收治的339例卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤患者作为研究对象，对其进行血清CA199与其他肿瘤标志物检测，并进行临床回顾性分析。结果 检测CA199的314例患者CA199平均值为（97.66±213.09)U/ml,其中131例升高，阳性率41.7% (131/314),而 CA125、CEA、AFP阳性率分别为11.33% (34/300)、0.72% (2/279)、0.73% (2/272),CA199阳性率明显高于其他三项肿瘤标记物,但并不提示恶性畸胎瘤数量增加。CA199的血清水平与MCT的肿瘤大小成正相关（r=0.240,P<0.001),而与肿痼发生的单双侧无关（P>0.05)。CA199的升高与畸胎瘤组织中有无消化道、呼吸道上皮组织成分有关，而与有无神经组织及甲状腺组织无关。结论 卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤与CA199具有一定相关性，术后随着肿瘤的去除,CA199即恢复正常，可提示预后。 |

| Objective To investigate serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA199) levels in patients with ovarian mature cystic teratoma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Total 339 patients with ovarian mature cystic teratoma admitted in our hospital during January 2011 and October 2012 were enrolled in the study. Clinical data and serum levels of CA199 and other tumor makers of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean serum CA199 level in 314 patients was (97.66±213.09)U/ml, and 131 had high CA199 levels with a positive rate of 41.7% (131/314)； the positive rate of serum CA125，CEA，AFP were 11.33% (34/300)，0.72% (2/279) and 0.73% (2/272)，respectively. Serum CA199 levels was positively correlated with the diameter of teratoma(r=0.240,P<0.001), but there was no difference in CA199 level between patients with bilateral or unilateral teratoma (P>0.05). The elevated serum CA199 level was detected in teratoma with respiratory and digestive epithelia, but not in teratoma with nerve tissue or thyroid tissue. Conclusion Serum CA199 levels are increased in ovarian mature cystic teratoma and are correlated with its clinicop-athological features. |
