白眉蛇毒血凝酶在鼻内镜手术中的作用

摘要:
目的探讨白眉蛇毒血凝酶在鼻内镜手术中的临床效果和安全性。方法采用随机单盲法,118例慢性 鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(56例)。治疗组于术前30 min肌肉注射白眉蛇毒血凝酶2 KU。对照组术前肌肉注射等量0.9%氣化钠注射液。统计鼻内镜鼻窦手术十的出血量及手术时间,以术中出血量和手术时间作为评价临床疗效的指标。结果与对照组相比,治疗组平均出血量减少39% ,平均手术时间缩短29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶能减少鼻内镜鼻窦手术中的出血量,缩短手术时间。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of hemocoagulase from Agkistrodon halys (pallas) in endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided in to treatment group (n= 62 ) and control group (n=56). Patients in treatment group were given hemocoagulase 2 kU intramuscular 30 min before operation, patients in control group were give the same amount of 0.9% sodium chloride injection. The amount of blood loss during surgery and the operative time were documented and compared between two groups. Results Compared to control group, the average blood loss was reduced by 39% and the average operation time was shortened by 29% (P<0.05) .Conclusion Administration of hemocoagulase can reduce the bleeding and shorten the operation time in endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis.
