联合微创治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效分析

摘要:
目的探讨大隐静脉高位结扎+部分抽剥术联合TriVex系统与静脉腔内激光治疗术(endovenous laser treatment, EVLT)在下肢静脉曲张治疗中的效果、并发症及注意事项。方法回顾性分析、评价大隐静脉高位结扎+部分抽剥术联合TriVex系统与腔内激光(EVLT)治疗1200例(1 650条患肢)下肢静脉曲张的疗效及手术切口 愈合、静脉曲张复发、隐神经损伤等情况。结果所有患肢手术切口均I期愈合,随访3年复发率3.27% (54/1 650),隐神经损伤率4.72%(78/1650)。结论大隐静脉高位结扎+部分抽剥术联合TriVex系统与EVLT治疗下 肢静脉曲张疗效满意,术后恢复快,并发症发生率低。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of high ligation of great saphenous vein plus partial stripping of TriVex system combined with endovenous laser (EVLT) in treatment of varicose of the lower limbs. Methods Total 1 200 cases (1 650 limbs) with great saphenous vein were treated by high ligation plus partial stripping of TriVex system combined with EVLT. The incision healing, recurrence of varicose veins, saphenous nerve injury was evaluated after treatment. Results All the incisions were healed by first intention. After 3-year follow-up,the recurrence rate was 3.27% (54/1 650),saphenous nerve injury was 4.72% (78/1 650). Conclusion The clinical effect of high ligation of great saphenous vein and stripping of TriVex system combined with EVLT in treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity is satisfactory with fast postoperative recovery and low complication rate.
