| 腔镜技术在颈部外科领域的应用近十年来得到快速发展。目前腔镜甲状腺手术存在多种径路，主要有完全腔镜下手术技术包括腋窝路径、乳晕路径和前胸路径等；腔镜辅助下颈部小切口甲状腺手术技术，如Miccoli术等；经口甲状腺手术是几年发展的全新的手术路径。本研究通过综合阐述上述腔镜技术近年来在甲状腺外科的应用，比较其与传统开放手术的优缺点，以帮助读者了解甲状腺微创技术的进展方向以及手术方式的合理选择。 |

| Progress in endoscopic minimally invasive thyroidectomy |

| Abstract: |
| This article reviews endoscopic minimally invasive techniques currently used in thyroidectomy. Complete endoscopic surgical approaches include those through the axilla, mammary areola and anterior chest, and also include video-assisted thyroid surgery （Miccoli）. These techniques are compared with traditional surgery in this review. Transoral thyroidectomy has been developed since last four years, and still in preclinical study or initial stages of clinical application. |
