| 目的探讨综合康复治疗对变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis, AR）的远期疗效。方法回顾性比较81例变应性鼻炎患者在综合康复治疗前及治疗1、2,3年后，通过症状、体征评分、药物评分评价临床疗效。结果治疗三年后，综合康复治疗组患者症状评分、药物评分分别为5．21±2．49；0．26±0．43较治疗前的9．46±1．89；1．03±0．56均明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P值均〈0．05）结论对变应性鼻炎而言，综合康复治疗可有效改善症状，减少药物使用，且无创、简单、方便、经济，无任何不良反应，远期疗效良好。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To evaluate the long-term efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation for allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods The clinical data of 41 patients with allergic rhinitis undergoing comprehensive rehabilitation were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical efficacy in terms of signs and symptoms score, medication score were evaluated before and 1, 2, 3 years after rehabilitation treatment. Results The symptom scores, medication scores were significantly decreased after 3 years of treatment （5.21 ± 2.49 vs 9.46 ±1.89 ; 1.03 ±0.56 vs 0. 26 ±0.43 ; P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve symptoms and reduce drug use for patients with allergic rhinitis. |
