慢性肾脏病未透析患者氧化应激状态及血清番茄红素水平研究

摘要:
目的研究慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease, CKD)未透析患者氧化应激状态及血清番茄红素水平。方法选取CKD未透析患者28例,入职健康体检者31例。清晨空腹采血,检测氧化和抗氧化指标丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化力(T—AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(XC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)等血脂水平。高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测血清番茄红素水平。结果两组血脂水平无显著性差异。CKD组血清MDA和T—AOC水平与对照组相比均有显著性差异。CKD组血清SOD水平为83.86±24.47U/ml,显著低于对照组157.18±27.34U/ml(P〈0.01)。CKD组和对照组血清番茄红素水平分别为9.854-7.95μg/dl和10.18±5.29μg/dl,两者差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论CKD未透析患者存在氧化应激,番茄红素缓解CKD患者氧化应激的作用可能不明显。

Oxidative status and serum lycopene level in patients with chronic kidney disease before dialysis

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the oxidative status and serum level of lycopene in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD)before dialysis. Methods Twenty-eight CKD patients before dialysis and 31 normal subjects were enrolled in the study and fasting blood samples were collected. Blood triacylglycerols ( TG ), total cholesterol ( TC ), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C ) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) were determined. Superoxide dismutase ( SOD), total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were also determined. Serum lycopene content was determined by HPLC method. Results There was no statistical difference in blood lipids between CKD group and control group. The level of SOD in CKD group was 83.86 ±24.47 U/ml, which was significantly lower than that of control group( 157.18 ±27.34 U/ml, P 〈0.01 ). The serum lycopene level of CKD group and control group was 9.85 ±7.95μg/dl and 10.18 ±5.29 μg/dl, respectively, and there was no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Patients with CKD before dialysis have increased oxidative status and lycopene may have no significant effect in releasing oxidative stress for CKD patients.
