| 目的采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）测定儿童白血病血浆12种微量元素含量变化。方法300例白血病儿童和60例健康儿童的血浆样品，样品经硝酸（HN03）-过氧化氢（H2O2）湿法消解，用Triton X-100和正丁醇稀释，检测血浆微量元素浓度。结果该分析方法12种微量元素在0～100μg/L范围内线性相关良好，r〉0．999；检出限为0．0002～1．12μg/L；平行测定的RSD为0．87％～4．0％；加标回收率为91．0％～110％。结论 |

| Objective To determine the plasma contents of 12 trace elements in children with leukemia by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS）. Methods Plasma samples were collected from 300 children with leukemia and 60 health children. The samples were diluted with Triton X-100 and butanol after digested with HNO3-H202, and the contents of 12 trace elements were measured by ICP~MS method. Results In meaurement of 12 plasma trace elements, the limits of detection ranged from 0. 000 2 μg/L to 1.12 μg/L with the precision （RSD） of 0.87% - 4.0%. The spike recovery rates for most elements were 91.0% - 110%. Conclusion Results show that the plasma levels of Zn and Fe are lower, and As, Pb and Cu are higher in leukemia children than those in healthy children. |
