目的探讨正常天然牙冠颊面外形和其周围健康牙龈之间的关系。,方法以上下颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙为研究对象,在CERAC软件平台上,将模型的研究牙位做两等分,通过对倒凹角度的测量,游离龈与附着龈交点处和牙冠颊侧外形高点的垂直距离水平距离的测量以及分别做经过牙冠和牙龈的外形高点的切线,然后测量这两条切线的交角,分析牙冠外形和牙龈之间的关系、、结果92.6%的样本轴面起始处同牙龈交角范围在101°~140°之间,只有4.5%的样本80°~100°。游离龈与附着龈交点处和牙冠颊侧外形高点的水平距离分布在1.5~1.9mm范围。结论CEREC软件平台测量分析所得的天然牙冠外形和牙龈外形之间的关系可以为修复牙冠外形提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the relationship between normal buccal crown contour and surrounding healthy gingiva of normal molars. Methods The normal second premolars and first molars were selected as study objects. In CEREC software platform two cross-sections were made through crown and gingiva of the model tooth. The angle of undercut, the horizontal and vertical distance of the crests of facial contour and the intersection point of the free gingiva and the attached gingiva were measured. The tangent through the highest point of buccal crown contour and gingiva contour was drawn separately, and the crossing angle of these two tangents was measured. Results Most (92.6%) of the emergence profile angles were in the range of 101° - 140°, only 4.5% of the angles were in the range of 80° - 100°. The horizontal distances of the crests of facial contour and the intersection point of the free gingiva and the attached gingiva were in the range of 1.5- 1.9 mm. Conclusion The results revealed that the relationship between crown contour and gingiva of normal molars measured and analyzed on CEREC platlbrm can be used as the guidance to restore the outline of crown. |
