| 目的探讨早期肠内营养治疗对于高龄骨科营养不良患者营养及免疫水平改善及预后的影响。方法将年龄大于75岁的101例老年骨科营养不良患者,按照随机分配原则分为早期肠内营养组和对照组,两组采用等体质量热卡营养支持,分别给予鼻胃管内肠内营养和普通膳食结合肠外营养治疗,观察两组手术前和治疗两周后营养学指标及免疫学指标、术后并发症发生率及切口拆线时间、住院时间的差异。结果营养治疗后,早期肠内营养组营养学指标、免疫学指标均优于对照组,而术后并发症发生率显著降低,切口拆线时间、住院时间均明显缩短。结论早期肠内营养支持,可以尽快纠正老年骨科患者营养不良,提高患者免疫功能,降低术后并发症发生,缩短住院时间。 |

| Objective To explore the role of early enteral nutrition（EEN） in improving malnutrition and promoting rehabilitation in elderly patients after orthopedic surgery.Methods One hundred and one cases（75 years） with malnutrition were enrolled and randomly assigned to EEN and control group.In EEN group,apart from normal diet,enteral nutrition was provided through nasogastric tubes.After 2 weeks of treatment,patients in the two groups were compared in terms of nutritional status,and their immunological status,postoperative complication,wound healing time and hospital stay time.Results All the indexes on nutritional and immunological status in EEN group were better than those in control group.Patients in EEN group had a significantly lower postoperative complication rate,shorter wound healing time and hospital stay.Conclusion Malnutrition in elderly patients after orthopedic surgery can be corrected promptly by early enteral nutrition,and its role in promoting wound healing,reducing postoperative complication and shortening hospital stay is significant. |
