单侧后牙深覆盖患者髁突侧方运动轨迹特征

摘要:
目的探讨单侧后牙深覆盖患者下颌侧方运动时髁突轨迹的特征及和正常之间的差异。方法选择正常12例,单侧后牙深覆盖32例,应用髁突运动轨迹扫描ARCUS digmⅡ型记录髁突运动轨迹。采用spss10.0统计学软件分析比较两组之间是否存在统计学差异。结果实验组侧方运动中非深覆盖侧髁突矢状向及最大位移量显著大于对照组(P〈0.05),水平位移小于对照组(P<0.05),非深覆盖侧髁突向后运动的幅度小于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论单侧后牙深覆盖患者下颌侧方运动过程中髁突运动轨迹与正常有明显差异。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the condylar movement traces during lateral excursion in patients with unilateral posterior deep overjet.Methods Thirty-two patients with unilateral posterior deep overjet(experimental group) and 12 patients with normal occlusion(control group) were tested by ARCUS digmⅡ for the condylar movement.The data were analyzed by SPSS software.Results The sagittal shift and vertical shift of the non-deep overjet side showed significantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05),but the horizontal shift was significantly smaller(P<0.05).The posterior deviation of non-deep overjet side was shorter than that in normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The condylar movement traces during lateral excursion in patients with unilateral posterior deep overjet are significantly different from that of normal occlusion.
