| 摘要: |
| 目的<自拟益气健脾祛湿方治疗炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease，IBD）并观察其临床疗效及对机体免疫的影响。方法将148例炎症性肠病患者，随机分成治疗组和对照组，分别采用益气健脾祛湿方和柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗，经3个月治疗后比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫水平变化。结果益气健脾祛湿方组临床有效率93.24%，复发率8.70%，其免疫状态有明显改善，优于柳氮磺胺吡啶片组（P＜0.05）。结论益气健脾祛湿方治疗炎症性肠病优于柳氮磺胺吡啶片，有效率高，复发率低。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine （TCM） prescription Yiqijianpiqushi （“invigorating spleen, boosting energy and removing dampness”） in treatment of inflammatory bowel disease （IBD）. Methods One hundred and forty eight patients with IBD were randomly assigned to receive treatment with Yiqijianpiqushi （TCM） or sulfasalazine （control） respectively, with 74 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy and immune function were compared after 3 months of treatment between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rates for TCM group and control group were 93.2% and 75.7% （P＜0.05）; and the relapse rates for two groups were 8.0% and 37.7% respectively （P＜0.01）. Compared to control group a significant improv- ement in the immune function was observed in TCM group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion TCM prescription Yiqijianpiqushi is more effective and has less relapse than sulfasalazine tablets in treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. |
