| 肿瘤干细胞理论认为肿瘤起源于小部分具有干细胞特性的肿瘤细胞。肿瘤干细胞（cancer stem cells，CSCs）具有自我更新、不对称分裂、放化疗耐受及致瘤性和转移潜能。因此，癌症的治疗必然要包含针对CSCs的靶向治疗。本文综述了乳腺癌干细胞与其临床转移及放、化疗耐受的关系和潜在的靶向治疗研究。 |

| Clinical implications of breast cancer stem cells and their application in targeting therapy |

| Abstract: |
| The cancer stem cell theory suggests that cancer develops from a subset of tumor cells that possess characteristics of stem cells. These cancer stem cells （CSCs） possess the properties of self- renewal, asymmetric cell division, tumourigenicity, metastatic potential and resistance to chemo-and radiation-therapy. So it is necessary to effectively target CSCs in cancer therapy. This paper reviews the links of breast CSCs（BCSCs） with cancer metastasis and chemo-and radio-resistance,also discusses the potential application of BCSCs-targeted therapy. |
