聚二恶烷酮补片在胸壁重建中的应用

摘要:
目的评价生物可降解材料聚二恶烷酮(polydioxanone,PDO)补片在胸壁重建中的功效。方法制作犬大面积胸壁缺损模型,分别应用PDO补片与聚丙烯(polypropylene,PP)补片进行胸壁重建,观察胸壁重建的效果和补片的降解过程,评估补片相关并发症。结果 PDO补片有稳定胸壁的功效。随时间推移,PDO补片被逐步降解,形成增厚的纤维层,与周围组织融合。与PP补片相比,PDO补片导致的内脏粘连和收缩程度明显较轻。结论 PDO补片可应用于胸壁重建,在稳定胸壁的同时,具有较轻的补片相关并发症。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of biodegradable material polydioxanone (PDO) mesh in chest wall reconstruction. Methods Large area chest wall defects were induced in 15 dogs. PDO mesh (n =9) and polypropylene (PP) mesh (n =3) were used to reconstruct the chest wall respectively. The efficacy of the meshes and the degradation process were observed. Results PDO mesh stabilized the chest wall, degraded gradually and formed thickened fiber layer, which was fused with surrounding tissue. Compared with PP mesh, the mesh-related the contractility and visceral adhesion in PDO mesh were lesser. Conclusion PDO mesh stabilizes the chest wall with little mesh-related complications in experimental chest wall defects of dogs.
