| 目的 比较超声和MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging)征象对于乳腺病理性乳头溢液诊断的差异性及其与病理诊断的关系。方法 应用高频彩超和3.0T MRI检查35例病理性乳头溢液患者,并结合其术后病理结果进行对比。分析两种影像学方法所示乳腺病变的图像特征,并探讨超声和MRI征象与病理诊断的关系。结果 乳腺超声共检出44个导管内病灶,MRI检出41个,超声对于病理性乳头溢液病变的总体诊断准确率达88.6%,MRI的总体诊断准确率达86.4%,两者对于良恶性病灶的检出率无显著性差异。结论 乳腺超声和MRI作为两种不同的影像学手段,其对于临床诊断病理性乳头溢液各有优点,MRI对于导管内原位癌(ductal carcinoma in situ)诊断的准确率高于超声,超声对于伴有扩张导管的占位病变诊断优于MRI。 |

| Objective To compare the diagnostic value of ultrasonography and MRI in patients with nipple discharge.Methods Thirty-five patients with nipple discharge underwent high-frequency ultrasonography and 3.OT MRI examination.Imaging findings and pathological diagnosis of patients were compared.Results Forty four lesions were found by ultrasonography and 41 by MRI.The overall diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography and MRI in patients with nipple discharge was 88.6%and 86.4% respectively,and there was no significant difference in detection of benign and malignant lesions between two methods.Conclusion Breast ultrasonography and MRI scan have their own advantages for diagnosis of nipple discharge.MRI has higher diagnostic accuracy for breast ductal carcinoma in situ than ultrasonography;but ultrasonography is superior in diagnosis of breast lesions with multiple dilated ducts. |
