| 目的 探讨三维超声成像对乳腺浸润性导管癌临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析63例浸润性导管癌患者三维超声声像特征、三维能量重建及各常见恶性征象的出现频率。结果 浸润性导管癌的三维超声声像图,分别在肿块的边界、形态、内部分布、钙化征、纵横比、后方回声、血流密度、血管走形、汇聚征等方面有着特征性的表现,但这些征象出现频率各不相同,对浸润性导管癌的诊断有着不同的敏感性。结论 浸润性导管癌在三维超声成像上具有一定的特征性,了解掌握这些特征,有助于浸润性导管癌的诊断。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasonographic imaging(3-D imaging) in diagnosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods Sixty-three patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma underwent 3-D ultrasonographic examinations.The characteristics of 3-D imaging,including border of mass,calcification,convergence sign and the 3-D energy reconstruction were analyzed retrospectively and the frequency of common malignant signs was evaluated.Results The 3-D imaging of breast invasive ductal carcinoma had characteristic manifestations in the tumor border,shape,internal distribution,calcification sign,aspect ratio,posterior echo,blood flow density,distribution pattern of blood vessels and convergence sign.The frequency of these signs was different,which lead to a different sensitivity in diagnosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Conclusion The 3-D imaging of breast invasive ductal carcinoma has characteristic manifestations,which may improve the diagnosis of breast cancer. |
