| 目的探讨131I固定计量法及计算计量法治疗甲亢疗效评价。方法回顾同济大学附属第十人民医院核医学科2009年10月至2010年2月131I治疗的甲亢患者临床资料,按固定计量法及计算计量法分别进行分组,并行疗效分析。结果96例Graves’甲亢患者131I治疗后12个月固定剂量组、计算剂量组甲减发生率分别为20.83%（10/48）及22.91%（11/48）,总治愈率分别为91.67%（44/48）及93.75%（45/48）。结论131I固定计量组和计算剂量组临床结果的发生率及两组到达临床结果的时间差异无统计学意义。131I固定计量法简化治疗步骤,节约治疗费用,是比较值得提倡的治疗方法。 |

| Objective To compare fixed dose with calculated dose in 131I treatment for Graves’ hyperthyroidism.Methods Ninety six patients with Graves’ hyperthyroidism undergoing 131I treatment from October 2009 to February 2010 were randomly divided into two groups;48 patients received fixed dose,and another 48 patients received calculated dose of 131I therapy.The therapeutic efficacy of two groups was compared.Results The occurrence of hypothyroidism 12 months after iodine-131 therapy in fixed dose group and calculated dose group was 20.83%and 22.91%respectively.The cure rate in two groups was 91.67%and 93.75%respectively.Conclusion The clinical outcomes were similar in two groups,but the use of a fixed dose method is more simple and cost saving. |
