| 目的探讨入院时非糖尿病患者术后血糖水平与脑出血的出血量及预后的关系。方法选择入院非糖尿病脑出血并采取手术治疗的患者150例,男84例,女76例,年龄44～ 83岁,平均年龄(64±4.5)岁；根据术后一周内血糖是否低于11.1 mol/L,将患者随机分为高血糖组与血糖正常组,其中高血糖组56例,血糖正常组94例.按随机血糖分为:(1)血糖≤11.1 mmol/L；(2)血糖＞11.1 mmol/L两类.观察不同血糖水平与出血量及预后的关系。结果非糖尿病患者术后随机血糖＞11.1 mmol/L患者较非糖尿病患者术后血糖≤11.1 mmol/L病死率高,预后差。结论非糖尿病患者急性脑出血术后血糖增高与脑损害的程度和预后呈正相关,急性脑出血术后并发糖尿病空腹血糖＞11.1 mmol/L提示脑组织损害范围较广,是急性期预后不良的标志。 |

| Objective To investigate the prognostic value of blood glucose level in non-diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and fifty non-diabetic patients with cerebral hemorrhage received neurosurgery,including 84 males and 76 females with a mean age of 64±4.5 years old.The random blood glucose levels were measured within one week after admission.Results Fifty six patients with high blood sugar(＞11.1 mol/L) had higher mortality and poorer prognosis than those with blood sugar controlled(≤11.1 mmol / L,n=94).Conclusion Hyperglycemia in non-diabetic patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage may have a poor prognosis. |
