| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨老年心力衰竭患者病因、危险因素、诱发因素特点,为有效地预防和治疗老年心力衰竭提供可能。方法 对临床确诊的72例老年心力衰竭患者及53例青中年心力衰竭患者进行临床一般资料、生化指标、基础疾病,疾病相关因素、诱发因素等进行对比观察。结果 老年心力衰竭患者与对照组相比,病因以冠心病、高血压性心脏病为主,诱因以感染,尤其是肺部感染为主。结论 积极治疗冠心病、高血压病能减少心力衰竭的发病;加强老年人呼吸道护理、预防呼吸道感染,是降低心力衰竭的发病率和病死率的有效措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To review the clinical characteristics of heart failue in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 72 elderly patients with heart failure and 53 young-middle aged patients were retrospectively reviewd.The general conditions,biochemical parameters,underlying disease, disease related factors,predisposing factors were compared between two groups.Results Compared with young-middle aged patients,heart failure in elderly patients mainly caused by coronary heart disease and hypertensive heart disease;infection,particularly pulmonary infection was the main predisposing factor.Conclusion To treat coronary heart disease and hypertension can reduce the incidence of heart failure in elderly patients and to prevent respiratory tract infectionis an effective measure to reduce mortality of the disease. |
