| 胶原蛋白是一种广泛分布在各器官、组织中的糖蛋白,是细胞外基质的骨架结构。胶原蛋白的超微结构和生化改变是近年来盆底器官脱垂病因学研究的热点。研究表明,盆底器官脱垂的发生与胶原蛋白含量、比例,胶原蛋白形态、结构、基因及其代谢密切相关,深入研究盆底器官脱垂的发病机制,可为其治疗提供新思路。 |

| Collagen,the skeleton structure of the extracellular matrix,is a glycoprotein widely distributed in various organs and tissues.The changes of ultrastructure and biochemisty of collagen have become a hot spot of research on the etiology of pelvic organ prolapse in recent years.Studies have shown that the incidence of pelvic organ prolapse is closely related to the collagen content,the proportion of collagen form,structure,genetic and metabolic changes.The study of the pathogenesis of pelvic organ prolapse can provide new approach for its treatment。 |
