目的 本研究拟通过建立上颌第一前磨牙修复后楔状缺损的三维有限元模型来比较正常与创伤时、牙齿不同深度楔状缺损时牙颈部的应力分布,进而探讨力和缺损深度对牙齿楔状缺损修复疗效的影响。方法 建立上颌第一前磨牙三维有限元模型,在颊颈部划分出三种不同深度的楔状缺损,模拟3M Z100光固化树脂修复,加载正常力和创伤力并进行应力分析。结果 创伤时颈部区的最大拉应力明显大于正常。楔状缺损深度增加,颈部区的最大应力值也会随之增大。结论 创伤力和缺损深度的增加会对楔状缺损修复疗效产生不良影响。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the influence of depth and occlusal force on the treatment results of wedge-shaped defect with a 3-D finite element model(FEM).Methods A 3-D FEM of first maxillary premolar was established.The wedge-shaped defects with three different depths were created and repaired by 3M Z100;then the stress distribution was analyzed.Results In the case of malocclusion,tensile stresses generated on the buccal-cervical areas were higher than that of normal occlusion.Tensile stresses on the buccal-cervical areas were increased with the increased depth of wedge-shaped defect.Conclusion Malocclusion and the depth increasing of wedge-shaped defect results in adverse influences on the treatment of wedge-shaped defect. |
