| 摘要: |
| 目的 分析超声造影在脾破裂诊断及随访中的运用价值。方法 选择资料完整的30例临床确诊的脾破裂患者,分析其常规超声和超声造影之图像表现,并对两种方法的诊断结果进行比较。结果 30例脾破裂患者常规超声检出19例,其中肯定诊断10例,可疑诊断9例;超声造影检出27例。结论 超声造影检查能提高脾破裂伤的检出率,能清晰显示损伤范围,从而较准确判断损伤分型,但也应注意到其存在的不足。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To evaluate the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in diagnosis and follow-up of spleen trauma.Methods To compare images of conventional ultrasonic and contrastenhanced ultrasonic examination in 30 cases with spleen trauma.Results Out of 30 cases,spleen trauma was detected by conventional ultrasonography in 19,including 10 confirmed cases and 9 suspected cases;while spleen trauma was diagnosed by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in 27 cases. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can increase the diagnostic rate for spleen trauma. |
