| 目的 通过体外溶血实验评估自制可植入式心室辅助装置（NIVAD）的溶血情况。方法 取新鲜牛血2000ml,3.8%枸橼酸钠1：9抗凝,调节阻尼阀及血泵转速使泵的输出为：流量为4L/min左右,流出道压力13.3kPa左右。转泵前、后0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5、4h时取血样样本,测量血浆中游离血红蛋白含量（free hemoglobin,FHB）和红细胞压积（hematocrit,HCT）,同时留静置的血液作为对照组。结果 与对照组相比,实验组FHB增高,NIVAD泵体的标准溶血指数NIH值为（0.064965±0.014846）mg/L。结论 NIVAD血泵的高速旋转产生的剪切力对红细胞有一定程度破坏,但标准溶血指数与同类泵体相比有一定优势,在允许范围内。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To evaluate the hemolysis of a home-made implantable ventricular assist device(NIVAD).Methods Two thousand ml calf blood were anticoagulated at the proportion of 1:9 with 3.8%sodium citrate.Then adjusted the flow as 4 L/min and the outflow pressure 13.3 kPa through the damper valve and rotational speed of NIVAD,to achieve NIVAD working. Blood samples were taken before and also 0.5,1,1.5...4h after working.Free hemoglobin (FHB) and hematocrit(HCT) were measured.During the same time,the unused calf blood was taken as control.Results The FHB of experimental blood is higher than that of the control.The normal index of hemolysis(NIH) is(0.064 965±0.014 846) mg/L.Conclusions Shearing force resulting from the high speed rotation of NIVAD does a certain degree of destruction to RBC,but the NIH is in criterion range of hemolysis. |
