多方法测定猪心脏主动脉根部解剖参数的比较研究

摘要:
目的 比较增强CT扫描测量法、直接测量法、低熔点石蜡灌注测量法测定猪主动脉根部解剖学参数的差异。方法 实验小香猪12只,采用增强CT扫描测量主动脉根部的解剖参数,如左右冠脉开口下缘距瓣环最低点的距离及主动脉根部不同高度的周径,实验后处死取出心脏及升主动脉,再次采用直接测量法、低熔点石蜡灌注测量。结果 低熔点石蜡灌注测量值与增强CT扫描测量值接近,各参数两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而直接测量值较增强CT扫描测量值偏低,各参数两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三种方法测得左冠脉开口下缘到瓣环最低点的距离均比右冠脉开口下缘到瓣环最低点的距离明显短,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 低熔点石蜡灌注测量值与增强CT扫描测量值接近,而直接测量值较增强CT扫描测量值偏低,低熔点石蜡灌注测量值比直接测量值更接近生理状态;本测量结果为主动脉瓣膜支架的设计提供了可靠的数据。

Anatomic parameter mensuration of aortic root in pig heart by different methods

Abstract:
Objective To measure the parameter of aortic root in swine heart with three different methods,including enhanced computed tomography(CT) scan,perfusion with wax and direct method and to find the differences among there methods.Methods Enhanced CT scan was performed in 12 swine and the parameters were measured on CT image.The swine were executed and the hearts with ascending aorta were obtained.The parameters of aortic root were measured directly on the heart and also indirectly by wax perfusion.Results Data from wax method were similar to those from CT method (P>0.05) , but data from CT method were higher than data measured directly (P<0.05) . The space between the low edge of left coronary ostium and the lowest point of valve ring was shorter than that of the right (P<0.05). Conclusion Data obtained by the wax and the CT method are similar, but data obtained by direct method are lower than those from the CT method. The wax method are closer to physical circumstance than the direct method. It provides reliable parameter for designing aortic valved stent.
