壳聚糖及其衍生物在妇科聚丙烯网片中的应用

摘要:
目的探讨壳聚糖及其衍生物在妇科盆底功能障碍及尿失禁手术补片中的应用。方法将一种壳聚糖溶液涂布在聚丙烯网片上进行体外抑菌试验,评估涂布壳聚糖溶液的聚丙烯网片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及白色念珠菌的抑制作用。测定其对各菌群的最低抑菌浓度进行比较分析,进而测定其对各菌群的抑菌圈直径,采用两因素交叉分组实验并对结果进行方差分析。结果 3组菌群测得的最低抑菌浓度依次为0.03%、0.02%及0.02%。方差分析的结果发现,涂布不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液以及采用不同的菌株,对抗菌性均有明显影响,P〈0.01,说明浓度和菌株对抑菌作用的影响是有统计学意义的。特别是浓度和菌株的交互作用也是极显著因素,P=0.000 2。结论涂布壳聚糖溶液的聚丙烯网片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌均有明显的抑制作用。涂布壳聚糖溶液的浓度和菌株的不同对抑菌作用有明显的影响,特别是浓度和菌株的交互作用也是极显著因素。抑菌活性大小主要取决于菌株本身。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of chitosan and its derivative in mesh used in the operations of female pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence.Methods Certain kind of chitosan solution was applied to a polypropylene mesh and its bacteriostasis study were conducted in vitro in order to evaluate the inhibitive effects of the mesh with chitosan solution on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of each grounp was measured and its mean inhibition zone diameters were compared by analysis of variance (ANOVA) in two-factor cross group experiment.Results The MIC of three groups were 0.03%, 0.02%and 0.02%respectively.ANOVA results showed that different concentrations of chitosan solution and different strains affected the antibacterial activity significantly(P0.01).The interaction between concentration and strain was a significant factor(P = 0.000 2).Conclusion Polypropylene mesh applied with chitosan solution has an obvious inhibition effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans.The difference of concentrations and strains have statistically significant impact on antibacterial activity of mesh coated with chitosan solution.The interaction between them in particular is a significant factor.Antibacterial activity depends mainly on strains itself.
