64层螺旋CT后处理技术在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后随访中的应用价值

摘要:
目的探讨64层螺旋CT各种后处理技术在颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后随访中的应用价值。方法对25例动脉瘤患者手术前后CTA图像进行回顾性分析,由两位资深放射科医师对原始图像进行VR、MIP后处理。结果 25例患者共发现动脉瘤27例,23例单发,2例多发(2个动脉瘤)。25例图像后处理质量评分:VR1分3例,2分4例,3分18例;MIP1分4例,2分8例,3分13例。27例动脉瘤术后CTA检查22例未见异常,载瘤动脉局限性狭窄5例,动脉瘤残留0例,脑血管痉挛0例,载瘤动脉闭塞0例,动脉瘤夹滑脱移位0例。结论 CTA是颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后有效的随访检查手段,64层螺旋CT各种后处理技术的联合应用,可更好地显示动脉瘤夹闭术后改变。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the value of 64-slice CT postprocessing techniques in the follow-up of intracranial aneurysm clipping.Methods Twenty-five patients underwent CTA examinations with 64-slice CT in preoperative diagnosis and postoperative evaluation of intracranial aneurysm.Volume rendering(VR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP) techniques were used with the raw data by two experienced radiologists.Results Twenty-five patients were confirmed with intracranial aneurysms,23 patients with solitary intracranial aneurysm,2 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms(two intracranial aneurysms).All VR and MIP images were graded with the image quality score respectively.Three cases of VR images were graded 1,4 cases were graded 2,18 cases were graded 3.Four cases of MIP images were graded 1,8 cases were graded 2,13 cases were graded 3. Postoperative CTA displayed a remnant of the aneurysm body stenosis in 5 intracranial aneurysms,and no other abnormality was seen in 22 intracranial aneurysms.Conclusion Computed tomography angiography with 64-slices CT can be used as a tool for postoperative follow up of patients after aneurysm clipping.The combination of 64-slices CT postprocessing techniques such as VR and MIP is a better way for evaluating postoperative intracranial aneurysm.
