草药振荡指纹图谱的数字化特性

摘要:
目的获取草药振荡指纹图谱,为中草药辨识和分析提供科学依据。方法利用振荡技术,以"BrO3^--H^+-Mn^2+-丙酮"为振荡器考察了川芎、红屯、重楼、青皮、半夏、桑枝、麦冬、防己等8种草药振荡体系。结果得到了振荡图谱,探讨了振荡指纹图谱的数字化特性及振荡体系中H^+、Mn^2+以及BrO3^-的变化规律,明晰了各种物质在振荡反应中的角色,并将图谱转化为直观的数字,使草药得到辨识。结论利用振荡方法获得的草药指纹图谱反映了草药的特性,依据图谱可对其进行定性辨识及定量分析。

Abstract:
Objective To get a series of oscillating fingerprints and provide a basis for the identification and analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Based on the oscillating technology,"BrO_3~--H~+ -Mn~(2+)-actone"were used as oscillator,the oscillation system of eight kinds of herbal medicine,such as Szechwan Lovage Rhizome,Hongtun,Rhizoma Paridis,Peicarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride,Rhizoma Pinalliae,Coriex Mori,Codix Ophiopogonis,Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae were investigated.Results The digital characteristics and the variation of H~+、Mn~(2+) and BrO_3~- in oscillating system were discussed.The role of various substances had been identified.And then the fingerprints were changed into data which was very intuitionistic so that the certain herbal medicine could be distinguished by the fingerprints.Conclusion The experimental results indicats that the characteristic of the herbal medicine is reflected by the fingerprints by the oscillation technique.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine can be carried out according to the fingerprints.
