目的探讨甘草黄酮体内抗胃癌的作用,为其在胃癌治疗中的新应用提供理论依据。方法构建BGC-823裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,观察不同剂量的甘草黄酮对移植瘤生长的抑制作用,并在实验结束后用免疫组化法检测各组瘤组织中增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)和肿瘤微血管密度(mcirovessel density,MVD)的表达情况。结果甘草黄酮高剂量组具有抑制裸鼠胃癌移植瘤的生长的作用,并能下调胃癌组织中PCNA的表达。结论甘草黄酮体内具有一定的抗胃癌效果,与其能抑制肿瘤细胞PCNA的表达有关。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To study the effect of Glycyrrhiza flavonoids(GF) on gastric cancer in vivo, and to provide the theoretical evidence for clinical application.Methods The subcutaneous transplantable tumor models of human gastric cancer in nude mice were established and the anti-gastric cancer effect of GF with different doses were observed during the experiment.Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and mcirovessel density(MVD) were detected by immunohistochemistry at the end of the experiment.Results High dose group of GF had effect of anti-gastric cancer and could reduce the expression of PCNA of tumor cells.Conclusion GF has effect of anti-gastric cancer in vivo,the mechanism may be related with its ability of reducing expression of PCNA of tumor cells. |
