目的探讨不同表面处理方法的硅涂层对氧化锆陶瓷结合性能的影响。方法将氧化锆陶瓷片随机分成4组:空白组、喷砂组、喷砂+涂层组、啧砂+涂层+硅炕偶联剂组,每组6片。在4组试件的结合面烧结牙本质瓷用于剪切实验,测试其结合强度,数据用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果喷砂+硅涂层+硅烷偶联剂表面处理的氧化锆陶瓷的剪切强度最高,与其他各组剪切强度的差别均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),喷砂+硅涂层组与喷砂组及空白组之间差别也有统计学意义(P〈0.05),喷砂组与空白组相比较也有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论喷砂+硅涂层+硅烷偶联剂表面处理的氧化锆陶瓷的剪切强度最高,可以显著提高氧化锆与不透明牙本质瓷的结合强度。 |

Effects of different surface treatments on binding strength of zirconia ceramics to the opaque dentin ceramics |

Abstract: |
Objective To evaluate the effects of different surface treatments on binding strength of zirconia ceramics. Methods Blocks of sintered zirconia ceramics were randomly divided into 4 groups, ie, control group, sandblasting group, sandblasting and silica coating group and sandblasting and SiO2 layer plus silica coating group. 6 slices were tested for the shear binding strength of the specimens in each group. Results The group of sandblasting and SiO2 layer plus silica coating exhibited the significantly higher shear binding strength than other groups(P 〈0.05). Furthermore, the binding strength in the sandblasting group as well as in sandblasting and SiO2 was significantly higher than that from control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Sandblasting and SiO2 layer plus silica coating is the best option for zirconia ceramics which can enhance the binding strength between the dentin ceramics and 3Y-TZP. |
