| 摘要: |
| 目的比较小剂量米非司酮对人流后血β-HCG、孕激素（P）、雌二醇（E2）、CA125阴道出血、子宫内膜及卵泡生长的影响。方法将早孕要求终止妊娠的妇女115倒随机分成两组，研究组60例人流术后服米非司酮＋益母草冲剂十氟哌酸；对照组55例人流术后服益母草冲剂＋氟哌酸。用化学发光法检测两组术前和术后血β-HCG、P、E2、CA125数值，B超监测术后子宫内膜厚度及卵泡生长情况。结果研究组失访8例，对照组失访7例。两组手术前后血β-HCG、P、B、CA125子宫内膜厚度及卵泡生长情况无显著差异（P〉0．05）；术后血β-HCG下降与术前血β-HCG、孕周呈正相关；孕早期母血中CA125升高，术后2周恢复正常；术后2周血岛及B超声提示大多数病例恢复卵泡生长；研究纽术后阴道出血时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论小剂量米非司酮对人流术后内分泌、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡生长无影响，利于子宫复原、减少阴道流血。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To investigate the effects of low-dose mifepristone on the serum level of β-HCG , P , E2 and CA125 and to compare the effects of mifepristone on the vaginal bleeding time, the changes of endometrium and follicle growth. Methods One hundred and fifteen early pregnant women who had artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups. Women in control group （n =55） were given oral motherwort herb and Norfloxacin capsules routinely after abortion, while women in study group （n=60） were given mifepristone besides motherwort herb and Norfloxacin capsules. The chemiluminescent immunoassay was performed to detect the serum levels of β-HCG, P, E2 and CA125 and the B ultrasound was used to monitor the changes of endometrium and follicle growth. Results Eight patients dropped out in study group and 7 patients dropped out in control group. The serum levels of β-HCG, P, E2 and CA125 and the changes of endometrium and follicle growth had no significantly differences between two groups（P〉 0.05）. The decrease of serum β-HCG after abortion was positively correlated with serum 13-HCG and gestational days before abortion. CA125 elevated in maternal blood during early pregnancy and returned to normal two weeks after operation. Levels of serum E2 and B ultrasonic confirmed the resumption of follicular growth in most cases two weeks after the abortion. Vaginal bleeding time in study group was significantly shorter than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It suggests that the small dosage of mifepristone has no effect on the changes of endocrine, thickness of endometrium and follicle growth. Mifepristone can help to promote uterine recovery and reduce the vaginal bleeding. |
