目的 研究连术颗粒解热及其抗菌作用.方法 采用干酵母蒸馏水混悬液皮下注射致大鼠发热的药理模型,以日夜百服宁作为对照组,观察注射后6 h内各时间点体温变化情况;连术颗粒倍比稀释与诺氟沙星作为对照行体外抑菌试验研究,观察记录最低抑菌浓度及最低杀菌浓度.结果 经随机区组设计方差分析各组各时间点体温情况,表明与模型组相比,两组体温差别有统计学意义(P《0.01),即连术颗粒对干酵母所致的大鼠发热模型有明显的对抗作用;连术颗粒对伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等试验菌均有一定的抑制作用.结论 连术颗粒具有解热、抗菌作用. |
